The Barns

18 spacious stalls are laid out in three separate but interconnected barns, each with two means of egress. Large windows and doors provide excellent ventilation, and flood the interiors with an abundance of natural light. Tongue and groove honey pine stall fronts, wide paved aisles and plenty of  blanket racks complement  the convenience of both a hot water wash stall and a well-drained outdoor concrete wash pad. Stalls are a very spacious 12'x14' with rubber mats, an automatic fly system helps keep the pests down in the hot summer months. Included with each stall comes a spacious, private tack locker that has ample space for saddles, bridles and tack, and you're welcome to customize your interior space as you see fit.

The Indoor Arena

The indoor is 72' x 110'. Perfect for training young horses, as there is enough defined space to keep their attention focused, but not so much as to invite distraction. Footing is a combination of sand and granulated rubber, and dust is kept under control by  regular operation of an overhead watering system. A sloping kick-board at the base protects legs and feet, both human and equine. Mirrors line the long side and corner, skylights light the arena during the day, and overhead florescent with accent spots light your rides after dark. 

The Outdoor Arena

The outdoor is 100' x 220'  three-season stadium jumping area with a rubber and sand footing. There's always an interesting variety of jumps and training exercises set up which can be schooled individually, or as a course.  At the far end there is both  2' and 3' 6" up and down banks and a  natural log bounce. At the near end, there is a swale and artificial ditch/liverpool. 

The Cross-Country

From pre-novice logs to training level coops,  prelim road-crossings and  logs massif  to triple-bars and ditches, there's plenty to keep both you and your horse interested and fit as you ride out through the woods and fields. Trotting nearly 50 acres of naturally rolling ground puts on a lot of fitness, and works with you in keeping your horse naturally balanced and sure footed.
